Please read our Disclaimer at the bottom of the page.

1) What is mesothelioma?
2) What experience do you have in representing victims of mesothelioma?
3) What recoveries have been involved?
4) What should I do if I or a member of my family has been diagnosed with mesothelioma?
5) What will it cost?

1) What is mesothelioma? Mesothelioma is a form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos fibers. It is normally found in either the lining of the lungs (pleural mesothelioma) or the lining of the abdomen (peritoneal mesothelioma). Unfortunately, mesothelioma is normally not detected until 15 to 30 years AFTER the exposure to the asbestos fiber. Consequently, one of the initial important steps is to obtain a complete history of the potential events that may have resulted in the exposure.

2) What experience do you have in representing victims of mesothelioma? Our firm has been involved in claims against over 150 companies that have caused unguarded asbestos fibers to be placed into the environment, especially during the 1960's, 70's, and 80's.

3) What recoveries have been involved? Families of individuals who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma that we have worked with in the past have recovered in excess of $4.7 million.

4) What should I do if I or a member of my family has been diagnosed with mesothelioma? We have learned through our experience in handling mesothelioma cases that the sooner you contact our office, the better we will be able to do for you and your family in assuring that you obtain the full and fair compensation that you and your family are entitled to.

5) What will it cost? We accept mesothelioma cases on what is referred to as a contingent fee. If there is no recovery, there will be no fee. The fee that is charged is based entirely on the recovery. The contingent fee is based upon an agreement that we reach with you, the client. We then will join with one of several nationally renowned law firms that specialize in the handling of mesothelioma cases. It has been our experience that full and fair compensation in cases of this nature can only be achieved through the combined efforts of an experienced local attorney working in conjunction with one of the top nationally renowned law firms specializing in mesothelioma cases. The fact that two law firms will be working on your behalf will not cost anything more than the original fees that you agree to with our firm.
