Attorney Quincey, the Senior Partner in the Beaver Dam office, concentrates his practice in the fields of personal injury, mesothelioma and civil litigation. He is the only attorney in Dodge County to have been twice certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He has earned the "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell, indicating very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards.

Mr. Quincey joined this law firm, then known as Strub, Woodworth and O'Connell, in 1970 after receiving his law degree from Marquette Law School. Mr. Quincey was born, raised, and educated in Milwaukee.

Mr. Quincey represents people who have been seriously injured or who have lost a loved one as a result of a negligently caused wrongful death. He has represented several Dodge County residents who have received multi-million dollar verdicts or settlements. He is a member of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Wisconsin State Bar, and the Dodge County Bar Association, of which he is a past president. Mr. Quincey served on the State Bar Board of Governors for eight years. He was a member and chairperson of the District 13 Committee of the Supreme Court Board of Professional Responsibility for 10 years. He is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers. Paulette Horn and Kathy Niles are his legal assistants, and together they have over 30 years of experience in the legal field.

Mr. Quincey has recently been active in representing families of individuals who have been diagnosed with mesothelioma, a form of cancer caused by exposure to asbestos fibers. Mr. Quincey has been involved in claims against over 150 companies that have caused unguarded asbestos fibers to be placed into our environment. He works with nationally renowned law firms that specialize in cases involving mesothelioma.

Mr. Quincey has been active in the Beaver Dam community in a wide variety of areas. He was a member of the initial Boards of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Dodge County and the Beaver Dam Scholarship Foundation. He also served as legacy chairman for the Dodge County unit of the American Cancer Society, and was a long time member of the Beaver Dam Jaycees. Mr. Quincey has been active in Youth Baseball of Beaver Dam as a coach in boy's baseball (12 years) as well as girl's softball (10 years). He has also been coaching girl's basketball for the past 10 years. He is a past president of Youth Baseball (1977-1979) and spent 16 years on its Board of Directors. He is also the former Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Dodge County Youth Ministries. Mr. Quincey was also a member of the U.S. Army Reserve for eight years. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Dodge County.

Mr. Quincey has six children and two grandchildren. He has four sons, three of whom graduated from Wayland Academy and one who graduated from Beaver Dam High School. All four sons went on to obtain college degrees. He and his wife Jeanne have two teenage daughters. Jeanne is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison and is certified as a K-8 teacher. She home schooled their two daughters through seventh grade.
